I made this necklace back in February when the steppe was still in the grip of winter and my river was full of steam and Canada geese and swans and flotillas of ducks. I put together a handful of elements that felt the way my river feels in winter and here's the result.
Heavy sterling silver construction with a large slice of Chrysocholla/Malachite featuring wonderful bands and branches that looks like frosted sagebrush. On the reverse is a Canada goose flying against a large bronze sun. This pendant hangs from a hand made paperclip chain in a heavy gauge.
Pendant length: 3.25 inches
Chain length: 29 inches of handmade chain with a burly clasp.
