Shipping for a physical SIM card: In case of a physical SIM card, the product is dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm on a working day. For orders placed after 4 pm or on a non-working day, it is dispatched on the next working day.

- Callback process: The outgoing calls on the above plans work using 'callback' process. Once you dial the number, the call gets disconnected along with a message on the screen. You shall get a call in the next 5-10 seconds. Upon picking the call, it shall get connected with the called number. This is applicable to outgoing calls only.
