It's been a few years since I've concocted this style of bead strands and I recently took them up again, it's a nice little task I can put my hands to whenever I have a spare moment or if my baby takes a short nap.
These strands are all about 25-28 inches in length, without clasps, just toss them on over your head. Easy peasy lemon squeeze. I've used a combination of old stock carved turquoise crosses, Kingman turquoise briolettes, Afghan turquoise beads and miyuki seed beads in cream, chocolate-red and pea-green. Earthy and bright.
Wear a strand solo or stack them up with other chains and pendants. The effect is always pleasing.
